Traditional tavern near Brixen
Törggelen in the Eisack Valley
Genuine conviviality is celebrated in autumn during the traditional Törggelen. For more than 20 years now, we have been serving our guests traditional local cuisine in our traditional tavern near Brixen. Both house guests and local guests appreciate the family business and the dishes that have been passed down through generations, always lovingly prepared in the kitchen by senior hostess Marie, her daughter Leni, and Moni. In addition to the typical South Tyrolean specialties such as homemade “Schlutzkrapfen” (ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta) and diverse types of dumplings, we also serve homemade sausages, pasta dishes, and “new wine”.
