- Mount Plose - 16 km away, 7 ski lifts, over 40 km of ski slopes, more than 12 km of toboggan runs and over 12 km of winter hiking trails
- Jochtal - 20 km away, connected to the neighbouring ski area Gitschberg - thus, you may enjoy 2 ski areas in one
- Gitschberg - 13 km away, connected with the ski area Jochtal, offering a total of 15 ski lifts, 25 slopes, 4 toboggan runs and 3 parks for children
- Kronplatz - 29 km away, South Tyrol's most famous ski mountain with over 121 km of slopes, 31 lifts, and two museums

And we definitely recommend you give tobogganing a try – for example, on the almost 10-kilometer RudiRun on Mount Plose or the natural toboggan run from the Fane Alm down to Vals.

Traditional and regional gift ideas, along with warming mulled wine and all kinds of South Tyrolean delicacies will enchant you. The annual light and music show at the Hofburg (Episcopal Palace) under the starry sky is the crowning finale to this event.
