Bike holidays in South Tyrol
Biking has always been a popular leisure activity in the Eisack Valley. What’s not to love? There’s well-developed network of bike trails of all levels of difficulty. The most popular is the Eisack Valley Bike Path with a total distance of almost 100 kilometres and it virtually passes right in front of your holiday home. It starts at the Brenner and runs via Sterzing, Brixen and Klausen to South Tyrol’s regional capital, Bozen. If you’re looking for more action during your bike holiday in South Tyrol, you’ll find many trails and challenging mountain tours in the Plose area and the alpine region Gitschberg-Jochtal. If you haven’t brought your own bike, there are rental bikes available in Brixen.
